Salary conditions (gross)
1,300 – 3,000 € / month
The salary consists of a base of 1300 € gross per month, plus a performance – based variable component from the first month. The stated salary range is not a cap; the final salary depends on achieved results.
During the first months, we offer a motivational starting bonus of 200 € per month. The specific setup will be discussed personally during the interview.

Job Description
As a Junior Freight Manager, you will:
- build your own business portfolio and client relationships
- negotiate and apply business practices on a daily basis
- coordinate logistics processes, ensuring high-quality service for every shipment
- actively communicate with clients (daily calls)
- build and maintain international relationships
- meet long -term clients in person across Europe
- represent the company at business events
Working hours
8:00 a.m. – 4:40 p.m.
Working hours are flexible and may vary depending on client needs. We expect you to be adaptable to market demands and willing to work outside standard hours when necessary.

Education
- Completed secondary education with Matura
Language skills
- English – intermediate (B2) – required
- German / Spanish / Italian – intermediate (B2) – an advantage
Other requirements
- Microsoft Office – intermediate
- General Computer skills – intermediate
